Lisa B. Schwartz, Ph.D. takes a comprehensive approach to psychotherapy. She helps clients work on relationship and sexuality issues in a supportive counseling environment that is confidential, affordable and not time-limited.
Using a multi-systems approach, her therapeutic style incorporates cognitive, behavioral and affective techniques, along with Brainspotting and other mind/body methods to assist the process of change. Integrating these methods with one's personal history and its impact on daily life forms the foundation of a beneficial counseling process.
While some issues resolve quickly, others require problem solving and in-depth work. Dr. Schwartz is committed to gently supporting clients throughout the counseling process, no matter how much time is needed to resolve issues of concern.
Private therapy sessions are a full 55-60 minutes and are available in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Telehealth services are provided in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Sessions also can be conducted in other health complexes. In addition, psychoeducational seminars and workshops may be arranged.
